FAQ

I restock as often as I possibly can! I work independently and currently using a small warehouse space so I can increase my inventory. But until then, I am working with the space that I have. So please be patient! I understand the frustration with quick sell-outs but I am doing my best during such quick growth (which I am extremely thankful for)!

Your order will ship within 1-3 business days typically. Possibly sooner if I’m able. If you place an order during my major launch/restock, please allow up to 14-21 business days for your order to ship.

Once you place an order, you will receive either an email confirmation or text confirmation depending on what you selected at checkout, containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information through the same method you had received your confirmation from.

Once an order is made, no changes can be made. Including the item(s) and/or personal information. So please be sure of your selection before checkout.

You will be refunded for the order in form of a gift card, minus the shipping fee and $5 processing fees.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to limited inventory. But, if there is any issue with your order, please make sure to email hello@mimikessentials.com within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues or concerns.
